El CLUB ATL\u00c9TICO VELEZ SARSFIELD convoca por intermedio de la presente, a la ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA que se realizar\u00e1 el d\u00eda JUEVES 12 de Noviembre de 2026, a la hora 21:00, en la sede de la Instituci\u00f3n sita en calle J.J. MASTEN S\/N DE LA CIUDAD DE Chajar\u00ed, con el siguiente temario a tratar:
1) LECTURA Y APROBACI\u00d3N DEL ACTA DE ASAMBLEA ANTERIOR.
2) CONSIDERACI\u00d3N DE LA MEMORIA Y BALANCE.
3) INFORME DE LA COMISI\u00d3N REVISORA DE CUENTAS.
4) ELECCI\u00d3N DE MIEMBROS DE LA COMISI\u00d3N DIRECTIVA PARA EL PER\u00cdODO 2026-2027, REVISOR DE CUENTA TITULAR Y SUPLENTE.
5) DESIGNACI\u00d3N DE DOS ASAMBLEISTAS PARA SUSCRIBIR EL ACTA.
6) CONSIDERACI\u00d3N Y APROBACI\u00d3N DEL TRASLADO DEL TECHO EXISTENTE EN EL SECTOR DE LA PILETA DE INVIERNO, PARA SU REUBICACI\u00d3N EN LA CANCHA AUXILIAR DE B\u00c1SQUET, UBICADA JUNTO AL SECTOR DE LA CANTINA DE LA INSTITUCI\u00d3N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NOTA: La Asamblea se realizar\u00e1 v\u00e1lidamente con la presencia de la mitad m\u00e1s uno de los socios de la instituci\u00f3n. No habiendo conseguido ese n\u00famero, una hora despu\u00e9s de la fijada se reunir\u00e1 legalmente y se dar\u00e1 por constituida la Asamblea con los socios presentes, siempre que la cantidad no fuere inferior al total de miembros titulares y suplentes de la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva.
